3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS) with row-level security policies. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Analysis reports are associated with your account and accessible only to you.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• AI Provider: AI-powered analysis of crawled content.
• Supabase: Authentication and database.
• Stripe: Payment processing.
• Vercel: Application hosting.
• Resend: Transactional email delivery.

5. Crawled Website Data

Competitor Intel crawls publicly available web pages to generate analysis reports. We only access content that is publicly available on the internet. We do not access password-protected areas, private APIs, or data behind authentication. Crawled content is processed by AI and is not redistributed in its original form.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data and analysis history.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Export your analysis reports (JSON, PDF).
• Opt out of non-essential communications.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

8. Data Retention

Analysis reports are retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.
